The Changing Face of America An OSS Conference

The coming decades will see significant change, including an aging population, the introduction of
artificial intelligence and other new technologies, and a shifting economy – among others. One of the
most significant changes is that America becomes fully multicultural, around the middle of the twenty-
the first century, meaning that there will no longer be a racial majority in this country.

These coming changes are inevitable, can they be welcomed, sparking a time in
American history where people can truly enjoy the fruits of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness?

Another way to express this sentiment is to say how can we help ourselves and others run TOWARD a future we
want instead of running AWAY from a future we fear?

The changing face of America, as well as the world, is the backdrop for our next Open Space Spirituality
