Writers’ Critique

Join Consciousness Cafe and metaphor.ink for the first-ever writers’ critique.  This is the maiden voyage, so to speak, and Consciousness Cafe’s own Jim Fisher has gracefully agreed to be the first of many budding writers who can take advantage of a critique session.

How It Works

Jim will read a passage from the book he is writing.  The audience is then asked to provide feedback to Jim.  This format allows Jim to receive feedback and clarify points that may be of great service to his writing. It can be frustrating to put time and effort into a writing project only to find there is no interest in the topic or the way it is written just is not resonating with readers. This session will provide valuable information and help Jim write more effectively.

Your Role

Writing experience is not necessary, if you read, you have the skills needed to provide feedback.  You are a reader, and you will know if the writing is enticing and the topic interesting.  Please raise your hand and give Jim the gift of your input, it can make all the difference.
